butternut squash pizza



last night's dinner: pizza, made with buffalo milk mozzarella, roasted butternut squash, caramelized onions, with sea salt, white pepper, fennel seeds, and lots of olive oil.

Looks delish. I also like butternut, feta and rosemary on a pizza - try it sometime for a great combination!

i like your combination, as i love rosemary, and this one was a little *too* sweet--the feta would add a lovely sharpness. i'll try it soon.
